Our standard pricing is in Nigerian Naira — this eliminates foreign exchange risk for your budget. For international organisations or Nigerian subsidiaries of multinationals, we can discuss USD pricing. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.

You deploy F-Leaves on your own servers, in your own data centre or private cloud. Your IT team controls the infrastructure. Gomaiti provides the software, installation support, and ongoing updates. Your data never leaves your infrastructure. This is the default deployment model for banks, government, and regulated industries.

Yes. Annual billing gives you 2 months free on Starter and Professional plans (equivalent to about 16% off). Enterprise plans are quoted annually or as a lifetime licence. Contact us to discuss your preferred billing cycle.

The trial gives you full access to the Professional plan — all features, all security, all integrations — for 30 days. No credit card required. At the end of the trial you choose a plan or your account is deactivated (your data is retained for 30 days and can be exported). There is no automatic billing.

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. For monthly plans, we prorate the remaining days. For annual plans, upgrades are prorated across the remaining months. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Contact support to change your plan.
